Right of withdrawal

EU consumers can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the garment.

Under EU distance-selling rules, consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the garment, without giving a reason. Sellers must refund the price of the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal is not the right to use the garment for free. Sellers may assess diminished value when handling exceeds what is necessary to establish nature and characteristics.
