Rolls stored in direct sunlight, in unheated outbuildings, or in areas with large humidity swings can lose adhesive performance well before their nominal shelf life.
Move rolls to standard indoor storage and observe application quality on the next batch. If the issue persists, open a ticket for a replacement.
