Return abuse

A small share of returns account for a large share of the cost.

Return abuse — wardrobing, bracketing without intent to keep, and outright fraud — represents a small share of returns but a disproportionate share of cost. More importantly, uncertainty about which returns fall into this bucket forces teams into slow, subjective decisions across the board.

Removing uncertainty for the majority of returns lets your team focus their attention on the small minority that actually needs it.
