Return policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

How to return

1. Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receipt using our returns form or by email.
2. Ship the item back within 14 days of your notification, in its original condition, including tags, packaging and the CleverSeal.
3. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the goods, using the original payment method.

Condition of returned items

You may handle the goods as you would in a physical shop — to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may not use them beyond this.

If the returned garment has been handled beyond what is necessary — for example, if it has been worn, altered, or if the CleverSeal has been removed — we conduct an individual assessment in accordance with Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Where diminished value is established, a proportional deduction may be applied.

The absence or removal of the CleverSeal does not automatically extinguish your right of withdrawal. It serves as objective evidence in the diminished-value assessment.

What we do NOT accept

• Items returned after the 14-day return window has closed.
• Items that are not the ones we shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods, or of proof of return, whichever is earlier.
