Packing Station · 3-step workflow

1. Receive garment - Take the item from the pick tote. - Check the SKU against the packing slip. - Inspect for any pre-existing damage.

2. Prepare for shipping - Fold once, along the natural crease. - Place in protective packaging. - Insert the package card (see Package Insert).

3. Apply CleverSeal - Position the label on the primary care tag. - Press firmly for 2 seconds. - Confirm the seal is flat, clean, and tamper-evident.

Remember

• One seal per item, always in the same location.
• Never apply a damaged label — set it aside for the day's replacement roll.
• If unsure, ask your shift lead before continuing.

Escalation

• Damaged garment on arrival → Returns lead.
• Missing seal on outgoing order → Shift lead.
• Applicator issue → CleverSeal support (see portal).
