What it does

• Lets you try the item on freely at home.
• Confirms, if you return it, that it has not been worn beyond a normal try-on.
• Protects your refund and our ability to resell to another customer.

What to do

• Keeping the item? Snip the CleverSeal off. Enjoy.
• Still deciding? Leave the CleverSeal in place.
• Returning? Send the item back with the CleverSeal intact — that keeps things simple.

If the seal is removed

You can still return the item within 14 days. Under EU consumer law (Article 14(2)), we perform an individual assessment. Removal alone does not refuse your return.
