C. CleverSeal - [ ] CleverSeal present. - [ ] CleverSeal intact (not cut, torn, or reapplied). - [ ] If missing / damaged, photograph before further handling.

D. Assessment (if any item above is NOT satisfied) - [ ] Photograph of the issue attached to the return record. - [ ] Comparison with an unworn reference item performed. - [ ] Diminished-value assessment recorded (percentage + reason). - [ ] Customer wording drafted (see Legal Guidance in the portal).
