1. What is the CleverSeal on my garment?

A small, tamper-evident seal attached to the item so we can confirm the garment has not been worn beyond a normal in-store try-on. It does not affect trying the item on at home.

2. Do I need to remove it before wearing the item?

Only when you decide to keep it. If you may still return the item, leave the CleverSeal in place.

3. Can I return the item with the CleverSeal removed?

Yes — you can still initiate a return within 14 days. However, we may perform an individual diminished-value assessment under Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

4. Will removing the CleverSeal automatically refuse my return?

No. Removal is not automatic refusal. It is objective evidence considered in the assessment.

5. What counts as "trying the item on"?

The same handling you would do in a physical shop: unfolding, checking size, fit, and material. Wearing the item outside the home, altering it, or removing tags is beyond this.

6. How long do I have to return an item?

14 days from the day you receive the order, per EU consumer law.

7. Who pays for return shipping?

We do — within the EU — for eligible returns.

8. When will I receive my refund?

Within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

9. Can I exchange instead of refund?

Yes — start a return and place a new order. The two are handled separately for speed.

10. What if I damaged the CleverSeal by accident?

Contact us. We assess each case individually. Accidental damage is not treated the same as intentional removal.

11. Is this legal under EU consumer law?

Yes. The system supports — not restricts — Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU on diminished value.
