This garment ships with a CleverSeal — a discreet, tamper-evident seal that protects both you and us. You can freely try it on at home. If you decide to return the item, simply send it back with the CleverSeal intact.

What is the CleverSeal? A small, tamper-evident seal attached to your garment. It does not affect how you try the item on at home.

Do I need to remove it before wearing the garment? Only when you decide to keep it. If you are still deciding, leave it in place.

What if I remove it and want to return the item? You can still return the garment within 14 days. Under Article 14(2) of the EU consumer directive, we may perform an individual diminished-value assessment; a proportional deduction can apply where wear or use is documented.
