Electric Applicator Rental Terms
Simple rental. Full CleverSeal service.
The Electric Label Applicator is rented for €35 per month with a minimum rental period of 6 months.
After the first 6 months, the rental continues month to month until cancelled and the applicator is returned.
We take care of the machine
CleverSeal covers normal service, maintenance and repairs during the rental period.
- Battery replacement when required
- Worn or defective parts
- Missing screws or small components
- Mechanical faults
- Motor, sensor or roller problems
- Replacement parts
- Repairs caused by normal use
- Technical problems where the applicator stops working
If something goes wrong during normal use, contact us. We take care of it.
What we ask from you
The customer only needs to perform normal everyday care.
Please keep the applicator reasonably clean and remove:
- Old labels
- Adhesive and glue residue
- Labels or backing material wrapped around the rollers
- Dirt or material around the sensor and moving parts
Accidental damage
Normal wear and technical faults are covered by CleverSeal.
If the applicator is physically damaged beyond normal use, for example if the housing, nose or other major parts are broken through an accident or improper handling, the customer may be charged for the repair.
The charge will depend on the damage and will be between €10 and €250 maximum.
If the applicator is damaged beyond repair, the maximum replacement charge is €250.
The applicator is rental equipment
Electric Label Applicators remain rental equipment and are not for sale.
